Support for the 2024 Earthquake off the Eastern Coast of Taiwan
Tokyo, Japan, April 12, 2024 — From everyone here at MIXI, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the earthquake which occurred off the Eastern coast of Taiwan.
MIXI, Inc. will donate NT$3 million (approximately 14 million yen as of April 12, 2024) in relief funds to support assistance for those affected by the recent earthquake and the recovery of the impacted areas, with the donation to be made through the public disaster relief foundation under Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare.
In addition, we have implemented the following initiatives for MONSTER STRIKE and FamilyAlbum, both of which are offered in Taiwan.

MONSTER STRIKE (Japanese version, Traditional Chinese version)
| Details | The total amount spent on eligible items during the period listed below will be donated through the Disaster Relief Foundation under the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Eligible Items: 2 orbs (¥160) for the Japanese version, 1 orb (NT$30) for the Traditional Chinese version Note: For the donation amount, after platform fees are deducted from the sales amount, we will make up the difference so that the amount donated equals the amount paid by users. FamilyAlbum
| Details | Shipping of free replacement products for customers whose products purchased through FamilyAlbum were damaged, lost, or otherwise affected by the earthquake. Eligible Products: Photo prints, photo albums, photobooks, calendars, DVDs Please note that in some cases, it may be difficult for us to assist, such as with older orders or if the relevant media has been deleted from FamilyAlbum.
