Support Initiatives Across Our Services for the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake
Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to those affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake.
August 3, 2026 — MIXI, Inc. hereby announces that, in addition to the financial donations announced on July 31, 2026, it will provide support to disaster victims and affected areas through its various services.

The initiatives for each service are as follows.
MONSTER STRIKE
| Details | The total amount spent on the eligible item, 2 Orbs (160 yen), during the period listed below will be donated through the Japanese Red Cross Society. Note: For the donation amount, after platform fees are deducted from the sales amount, we will make up the difference so that the amount donated equals the amount paid by users. (Available on the Google Play Store version, MONSTER STRIKE Web Shop, and the official App Pay shop) |

Kotodaman
| Details | 1. During the relevant period below, the total amount spent on the eligible donation pack, 34 Rainbow Kotodama (¥160), from the shop will be donated through the Japanese Red Cross Society. Note: For the donation amount, after platform fees and payment processing fees are deducted from the sales amount, we will make up the difference so that the amount donated equals the amount paid by users. (Available on the Google Play Store version and the web shop) 2. During the relevant period below, for each day users send a Heart (Like) to another Kotodaman player in the Kotodaman app, 1 yen will be donated through the Japanese Red Cross Society. (If one person sends multiple hearts in a single day, it will be counted as 1.) Note: “Like” is the name of an in-app feature in Kotodaman. By tapping the heart icon, users can send each other heart-filled “Likes.” |

FamilyAlbum
| Details | Shipping of free replacement products for customers whose products purchased through FamilyAlbum were damaged, lost, or otherwise affected by the earthquake. Eligible Products: Photo prints, photo albums, photobooks, calendars, DVDs, digital photo frames, anniversary books, acrylic stands, FamilyAlbum GPS Guardianslease note that in some cases, it may be difficult for us to assist, such as with older orders or if the relevant media has been deleted from FamilyAlbum.Please contact us if you think this may apply to you. How To Contact Us: Please submit your inquiry through the appropriate method below based on the type of product. Please be sure to specify the damaged or lost product. For prints, photo albums, photobooks, calendars, DVDs, and digital photo frames: Open the FamilyAlbum app, tap the Settings tab, and tap Inquiries. Alternatively, go to the Store tab, tap My Orders, select the order, and send us an inquiry. For anniversary books and acrylic stands: In the OKURU app, select FAQ/Inquiries from the menu and send an inquiry. For the FamilyAlbum GPS Guardian: In the FamilyAlbum GPS Guardian app, go to Account Settings, tap Inquiries, and contact support. minimo
| Details | We will be waiving or reducing listing fees for eligible providers on minimo who operate in areas affected by the earthquake. *Details will be sent directly to eligible providers on minimo. *No action is required by the provider. |

TIPSTAR
| Details | During the period below, we will conduct a “social charity” where 10 yen is donated for each eligible user action. The total amount from all actions over the 10 days, combined with an additional 2,000,000 yen contributed by TIPSTAR, will be donated through the Japanese Red Cross Society. Eligible Actions: • Sending messages in the chat feature during races • Posting on the timeline • Posting a Winning Bet Comment on the timeline • Posting on the community board • Commenting on individual posts • Liking individual posts For further details, please refer to the announcement on TIPSTAR. |
