MIXI Revamps Its Recruitment Media Platform, MIXIL

Updated to focus even more on working people than ever before

Tokyo, Japan, December 10, 2024 — MIXI, Inc. has revamped its recruitment media platform, MIXIL

To realize our Purpose of enriching communication and inspiring moments of joy, we have set the following Mission: To provide space and opportunity for truly meaningful connections. This space and opportunity are provided by the communication services we provide, and the people who make them possible. They are our source of value creation and competitive advantage. For this reason, we place great emphasis on human capital and investing in people.

As part of our recruiting efforts, we launched our owned media site, MIXIL, in 2017 to help people learn more about MIXI. Since then, it has mainly featured pieces about employees who are making a difference, along with event reports and information about programs/services we offer.

With the refresh of MIXIL, our goal is to put an even greater spotlight on the employees who are thriving at MIXI and share the current state of the company with more job seekers. Through employee voices and stories, we will share what makes MIXI unique, including our company culture and what makes us appealing. We will also provide information that helps people gain a deeper understanding of what it is like to work at MIXI, including the sense of fulfillment and opportunities for growth we offer.

The site design has also been refreshed to align with our corporate branding, featuring a color scheme centered on red to represent connections based in heated excitement and orange to represent connections based in warm comfort. In addition, the newly introduced “Featured Keywords” section highlights phrases that appear in articles which reflect what is unique about MIXI. The site is also designed so that job seekers can seamlessly move from the phrases that catch their attention to the relevant articles, helping cater to their interests more effectively.

Today, in conjunction with the site launch, we simultaneously published seven articles, including the series “Tracking the Growth of New Graduate Hires and Where They Are Now,” which introduces employees who joined us as new graduates; “The Opportunities and Growth I Found at MIXI,” by a mid-career creative professional (designer); and “My Own Take on What Makes MIXI, MIXI,” by a department head in engineering.
Going forward, we plan to publish about two new articles per month. We will continue to focus on investing in people and creating new value through communication services that connect hearts and minds.
