MIXI received particular recognition for its high standard of human capital management and its disclosure initiatives.

About the Selection

This survey provides a comprehensive assessment of human capital initiatives at companies and organizations based on a survey on the status of efforts in the following areas: company-wide human capital management structures, analysis of risks and opportunities as well as strategy development, implementation of human capital investment, data-driven PDCA cycle, and stakeholder disclosure and dialogue.

In our human capital management efforts, we are making company-wide investments to develop individuals who embody our Values of Innovation, Passion, and Integrity, while also energizing teams that continue to create value together. In this survey, we were recognized in particular for our development systems and efforts to create an environment that supports each employee’s growth, as well as for management’s active involvement in advancing human capital management.
