MIXI Receives First White 500 Certification Under Japan’s Health and Productivity Management Recognition Program

Highly Recognized for Company-Wide Health and Productivity Efforts

Tokyo, Japan, March 9, 2026 — MIXI, Inc. has been certified for the first time as a White 500 company under the 2026 Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program (Large Enterprise Category), a program designed and promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and administered by the Japan Health Council. This marks the fourth consecutive year that MIXI has been recognized as a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization in the Large Enterprise Category.

The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program is a system that recognizes corporations that excel in health and productivity management by evaluating their efforts to address local health issues and to maintain and improve employee health. White 500 is awarded to the top 500 corporations in the Large Enterprise category that practice outstanding health and productivity management.

■ Recognized for a health and productivity management strategy involving employees and leadership, the company received its first White 500 certification.

In addition to identifying issues and verifying effectiveness through data analysis, we have promoted health and productivity management by placing emphasis on designing initiatives that encourage even employees with low interest in health to participate proactively. In recognition of these efforts, we have earned our first White 500 certification.
We will continue to promote fun approaches to health that naturally encourage healthy behaviors, involving not only the team responsible for health and productivity management but also employee representatives and senior management known as Mixi Sherpa*.

*The name combines MIXI and Sherpa, a guide who helps climbers reach the summit.
Together with Mikusherupa, we are aiming for the summit of health and productivity management.

To fulfill our purpose of Enriching communication and inspiring moments of joy., we believe it is important that every employee who delivers our communication services is healthy in both mind and body. With this in mind, we position health and productivity management as an important investment in human capital and promote it as part of our management strategy.
Our President and Representative Director serves as the executive responsible for health and productivity management, and we promote health and productivity management as part of our management strategy in coordination with the Board of Directors and the Management Meeting. To carry this out, we have established the Wellness Promotion Group, where specialized staff including an occupational physician, public health nurse, certified psychologist, and registered dietitian work together. In collaboration with the Health and Safety Committee, which includes employee representatives, as well as internal and external consultation services, the health insurance association, and partner medical institutions, we have built an integrated framework covering everything from prevention and early response to workplace environment improvement.

Going forward, we will continue to invest in human capital, including health and productivity management, and work to enhance our corporate value sustainably.
