MIXI Selected as a Constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index for the First Time
Selected for All Six Domestic Equity ESG Indices Adopted by the GPIF
Tokyo, Japan, July 21, 2026—MIXI, Inc. announces that it has been selected for the first time as a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index, a leading ESG investment index created by FTSE Russell.
The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index is designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate outstanding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. MIXI has also been continuously selected for the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index since 2024. With this latest selection, the company is now included in all six domestic equity ESG indices adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is created by global index provider FTSE Russell and is designed as a sector-neutral index that reflects the performance of Japanese companies that, on a relative basis within each sector, take specific actions on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. To promote the transition to a low-carbon economy, only companies whose improvement efforts are evaluated through the TPI Management Quality Score are included, especially among those with high greenhouse gas emissions.
